Speech Language Pathologist

Assess the speech and language needs of the individual and provide activities that can help remedy or augment the communication process.

Job Description:

In conjunction with physicians’ orders and patient care plans, Speech-Language Pathologists shall perform diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic treatment for patients/clients of all ages.  Speech-Language Pathologists shall develop treatment plans in conjunction with physicians.  Speech-Language Pathologists shall provide/write evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans and all other required paperwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology 
  • A valid State of Nebraska license or temporary license to practice Speech Pathology.
  • Currently possess, have applied for or are otherwise eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or meet the educational requirements and are in the process of accumulating the supervised clinical experience required.

 




Physical Therapist

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum by the American Physical Therapy Association or by the Council on Medical Eduction and Hospitals of the American Medical Association
  • Currently possess a valid Physical Therapy license; be in the process of obtaining license; or otherwise eligible to practice
  • Must meet professional standards established by applicable law, the American Physical Therapy Association and the Company

 

 




Occupational Therapist

To develop programs which enable individuals to regain their "meaningful occupation".

Job Description:

In conjunction with physicians’ orders and patient care plans, occupational therapist shall perform diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic treatment for patients/clients of all ages.  Occupational Therapist shall provide/write evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans and all other required paperwork. 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved curriculum by the American Occupational Therapy Associations
  • Currently possess a valid Occupational Therapy license or temporary license.
